Questions, answered

Whose ad account do the campaigns run in?

Yours. Simple Ads connects to your own Meta Business, Ad Account, Page, Instagram and Pixel, and deploys campaigns there — you keep full ownership, billing and control inside your Meta account. We never run ads on your behalf from our account.

Do I need a Facebook Business Manager and a Pixel?

You'll connect a Meta Business and Ad Account, plus a Facebook Page (and optionally Instagram) to run the ads. A Pixel is optional but recommended: with it, campaigns optimize for Sales and purchase conversions; without it, they optimize for landing-page views.

What does the AI actually do — and can I change it?

It writes your ad copy (primary text, headlines, descriptions), suggests interest keywords for targeting, and generates plain-language ad-health advice. Everything is editable — you review and adjust the copy and audience in the live preview before anything launches.

Which ad formats are supported?

Single image, video (upload a short MP4/MOV and Simple Ads processes it into a native video ad), and catalog carousels built from one or more Shopify collections. A live Facebook and Instagram preview shows each format exactly as it'll appear.

Are campaigns launched live or paused?

You review the full campaign — creative, audience, budget and UTM tags — on a final summary step, then one click launches it live to your ad account. A real-time console shows each part being created so nothing happens behind your back.

What Shopify data does it access?

Only your products — title, description, images and price — read-only, so the AI can write creative and build the catalog. Your Meta credentials are encrypted, and Meta's write access is granted separately by you through Meta's own consent screen.

Does it work with True ROAS AI?
