These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lift Apps Studio website at liftapps.studio and any related content, forms and services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). Lift Apps Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a studio that designs and builds software applications for the Shopify platform, and offers custom app development services. You can reach us at support@liftapps.studio.

These Terms cover this marketing website only. Our individual applications (for example, True ROAS AI) and any custom development engagement are governed by their own separate terms, agreements and, where applicable, the terms of the Shopify App Store. In the event of a conflict, those product- or engagement-specific terms control for that product or engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Introduce malware or submit deliberately false, abusive or spam content through our forms;

4. Your submissions

When you contact us or submit a project brief through a form, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share. Submitting a form does not create a contract or obligation on our part to provide services; any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
