This Privacy Policy explains how Lift Apps Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and safeguards information when you visit our website at liftapps.studio and interact with our forms (the “Site”). It covers the marketing website only.

1. Our apps handle data separately

This policy does not cover data processed by our individual applications (such as True ROAS AI) when you install and use them on your Shopify store. Each app has its own privacy policy and data processing terms, and our apps follow least-privilege access scopes, encrypt stored credentials, and support Shopify's GDPR compliance (data request, customer redaction and shop redaction) webhooks. Please refer to the relevant app's policy for details on in-app data.

2. Information we collect

Through the Site, we may collect:

• Information you provide. When you submit a contact or project-brief form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, store URL, project type, budget range and message.
• Technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device, referring pages and interactions, collected to operate and improve the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit any.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request;
• To scope, discuss and deliver services you ask us about;
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests in operating and growing our studio, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

5. Form processing

Our forms are delivered to us using a third-party form service (Web3Forms). When you submit a form, your submission is transmitted through that service to reach our inbox. That processing is subject to the form provider's own privacy terms. We use the information you submit only to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the Site and communications (for example, hosting, form delivery and email), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site aims to use minimal cookies. Any analytics we use are intended to help us understand aggregate usage and improve the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce non-essential cookies that require consent, we will present a consent mechanism.

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them, unless a longer period is required by law.
